NGCI Welcomes Newly Appointed General Manager to Neyaskweyahk Gas Bar & Convenience Store and Taco Time

MASKWACIS, AB – The Neyaskweyahk Group of Companies Inc. (NGCI) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Chris Karnitsky, is the new General Manager of Neyaskweyahk Gas Bar & Convenience Store and Taco Time, effective October 6, 2022. Chris brings a variety of experience in the management of fast-food restaurants such as A&W, Burger King, Arby’s, and Little Caesars pizza, as well as experience in managing gas stations and the management of his own Fountain Tire location. After about 10 years with Fountain Fire, he has gone to managing an independent auto repair facility. While NGCI have been providing support and direction for Neyaskweyahk Gas Bar & Convenience Store and Taco Time, the main objective was to seek a new General Manager who will ensure the responsibilities of proper support, leadership, accountability, and liability awareness are addressed. Chris was born and raised most of his life in Edmonton. He met his wife Amber back in 2003 and later married in 2008. He has one daughter and has raised his nephew. Chris and his family have lived life out in different areas of Canada. Chris had an opportunity to come out to Wetaskiwin in 2014 and decided to make it his home.On behalf of the NGCI Board of Directors, we are pleased to have Mr. Karnitsky join our team and look forward to his building on the solid foundation we already have at Neyaskweyahk Gas Bar & Convenience Store and Taco Time.
