Interested respondents were to submit a letter of interest (LOI) by November 30th, 2018 after which the technical documentation required to develop a proposal would be provided. The deadline to submit the proposal was December 31st, 2018. Once all proposals were received, a team of three expert independent assessors (the Sundancer Team) reviewed the proposals and assisted the NGCI Board of Directors and CEO in selecting a proponent.
